Albeit, we have a large home, but simple lines – no irregular gables or other bump-outs, etc.
Probably around 4K sq ft. The quote for just the siding and window trim – $75,000+.
The salesman assured us we couldn’t get a “better” deal! Then proceeded to pressure us to sign immediately, as they have a long “waiting list”!
